First enquiry
You tell us the location, the type of work and an outline of what you need, on WhatsApp or through the form on this page.

Site visit
We look at the condition of the land or the existing building, and at the access to the site.
- 03
Drawings and scope
The scope of work is set out alongside working drawings, so what is and is not included is clear.
- 04
Quotation and agreement
The work, its stages and the payment terms are set down in a written agreement.
- 05
Construction
Work proceeds through the agreed stages, with progress reported to the owner.
- 06
Handover
A joint inspection of the finished work, any remedial items closed out, then handover.
